Who we are

njX (njxui.dev) sells premium website theme licenses — digital products built on the Astro framework — by an independent developer. Free Lite versions are open source under the MIT license; these terms cover the paid Pro licenses and services listed on njxui.dev/themes.

Orders may be processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing for the transaction.

What you buy

• Pro · Single site license — use the theme on one production website. Includes 12 months of updates and email support.
• Pro · Unlimited license — use the theme on any number of your own or client projects. Includes lifetime updates and priority email support.
• Delivery is digital and instant: after payment you receive a download link with the full theme source code.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or republish the theme source code as-is or as a competing template.
• Share your download or license with third parties (clients you build a site for are fine under Unlimited).
• Claim authorship of the theme itself.

Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence — every theme has a free open-source Lite version and a full live demo of the Pro version, so you can evaluate everything before paying.

• 14-day refunds: if the theme has a defect we cannot fix, or it genuinely does not do what the product page promises, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
• Because the product is source code delivered instantly, refunds for "changed my mind" after downloading are decided case by case — write to us, we are reasonable people.
• To request a refund, reply to your purchase email or write to [email protected] with your order number.

Support

License support covers theme defects and setup per the documentation. Custom feature work, branding and integrations are separate paid services — see the services section. Support requests: [email protected], we reply within one business day.

The fine print

Prices may change; the price at checkout is the one you pay. Themes are provided "as is" beyond the guarantees above. We may update these terms — the date above always tells you when. Questions before buying? Write to us — honest answers within a day.
